to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure
A BILL
To reauthorize a pilot program to evaluate the effectiveness
of certain water-related feasibility studies carried out
by non-Federal interests.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. NON-FEDERAL IMPLEMENTATION OF WATER-
3
RELATED FEASIBILITY STUDIES.
4
Section 1043(a) of the Water Resources Reform and
5
Development Act of 2014 (33 U.S.C. 2201 note) is
6
amended—
7
(1) in paragraph (5)(B) by inserting ‘‘and every
8
5 years thereafter until the termination of authority

(2) in paragraph (7) by striking ‘‘on the date

that is 5 years after the date of enactment of this

Act’’ and inserting ‘‘at the end of the fiscal year pe-

riod described in paragraph (8)’’; and

(3) in paragraph (8) by striking ‘‘fiscal years
7
2015 through 2019’’ and inserting ‘‘fiscal years
8
2021 through 2025’’.
