Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Rocky Mountain Na- 4 tional Park Boundary Modification and Land Exchange 5 Act’’. 6 SEC. 2. ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK BOUNDARY 7 MODIFICATION. 8 (a) DEFINITIONS.—In this section: 9 VerDate Sep 11 2014 23:56 Feb 25, 2020 Jkt 099200 PO 00000 Frm 00001 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\S3331.IS S3331 pamtmann on DSKBC07HB2PROD with BILLS 2 •S 3331 IS (1) MAP.—The term ‘‘map’’ means the map en- 1 titled ‘‘Rocky Mountain National Park Proposed 2 Boundary Revision’’, numbered 121/154,327, and 3 dated June 2019. 4 (2) NON-FEDERAL LAND.—The term ‘‘non-Fed- 5 eral land’’ means the approximately 40 acres of non- 6 Federal land depicted as ‘‘TR 05–133’’ on the map. 7 (3) SECRETARY.—The term ‘‘Secretary’’ means 8 the Secretary of the Interior. 9 (b) LAND ACQUISITION.—The Secretary may ac- 10 quire, by donation, the non-Federal land for inclusion in 11 the Rocky Mountain National Park. 12 (c) BOUNDARY MODIFICATION.—On acquisition of 13 the non-Federal land under subsection (b), the Secretary 14 shall— 15 (1) modify the boundary of the Rocky Mountain 16 National Park to include the acquisition; and 17 (2) administer the acquired land as part of the 18 Rocky Mountain National Park, in accordance with 19 applicable laws. 20 (d) AVAILABILITY OF MAP.—The map shall be on file 21 and available for public inspection in appropriate offices 22 of the National Park Service. 23 VerDate Sep 11 2014 23:56 Feb 25, 2020 Jkt 099200 PO 00000 Frm 00002 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\S3331.IS S3331 pamtmann on DSKBC07HB2PROD with BILLS 3 •S 3331 IS SEC. 3. ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK LAND EX- 1 CHANGE. 2 (a) DEFINITIONS.—In this section: 3 (1) FEDERAL LAND.—The term ‘‘Federal land’’ 4 means the approximately 0.18 acres of land depicted 5 as ‘‘TR04–168–1’’ on the map. 6 (2) MAP.—The term ‘‘map’’ means the map en- 7 titled ‘‘Rocky Mountain National Park Proposed 8 Forsyth Family Land Exchange’’, numbered 121/ 9 154,326, and dated June 2019. 10 (3) NON-FEDERAL LAND.—The term ‘‘non-Fed- 11 eral land’’ means the approximately 0.18 acres of 12 land depicted as ‘‘TR04–169’’ on the map. 13 (4) SECRETARY.—The term ‘‘Secretary’’ means 14 the Secretary of the Interior. 15 (b) AUTHORIZATION OF EXCHANGE.—To correct a 16 longstanding land ownership error, if the owner of the 17 non-Federal land offers to convey to the Secretary all 18 right, title, and interest of the owner in and to the non- 19 Federal land, the Secretary shall convey to the owner of 20 the non-Federal land, subject to valid existing rights, all 21 right, title, and interest of the United States in and to 22 the Federal land. 23 (c) VALUATION.—The value of the Federal land and 24 the non-Federal land to be exchanged under subsection (b) 25 shall be considered to be of equal value. 26 VerDate Sep 11 2014 23:56 Feb 25, 2020 Jkt 099200 PO 00000 Frm 00003 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\S3331.IS S3331 pamtmann on DSKBC07HB2PROD with BILLS 4 •S 3331 IS (d) ADMINISTRATION.—The non-Federal land ac- 1 quired by the Secretary under subsection (b) shall be ad- 2 ministered by the Secretary as part of Rocky Mountain 3 National Park. 4 (e) AVAILABILITY OF MAP.—The map shall be on file 5 and available for inspection in the appropriate offices of 6 the National Park Service. 7 Æ VerDate Sep 11 2014 03:19 Feb 26, 2020 Jkt 099200 PO 00000 Frm 00004 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6301 E:\BILLS\S3331.IS S3331 pamtmann on DSKBC07HB2PROD with BILLS
