A BILL
To authorize the transfer of funds made available for over-
seas contingency operations to increase United States
contributions to overseas civilian peacebuilding programs
worldwide, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Global Peacebuilding

Act’’.

SEC. 2. TRANSFER OF FUNDS.

Of the amounts made available in fiscal year 2021
