To amend title 38, United States Code, to expand the list
of diseases presumed to have a service connection to
exposure to certain herbicide agents.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Fair Care for Vietnam
4
Veterans Act’’.

Section 1116(a)(2) of title 38, United States Code,

is amended by adding at the end the following new sub-
5
paragraphs:

‘‘(I) Parkinsonism.
7
‘‘(J) Bladder cancer.
8
‘‘(K) Hypertension.
9
‘‘(L) Hypothyroidism.’’.
