JONES POST OFFICE PORTRAIT. 3 (a) IN GENERAL.—The postmaster of the Scipio A. 4 Jones Post Office, located at 1700 Main Street in Little 5 Rock, Arkansas, may accept and display, in the lobby of 6 such Post Office, a painting, by artist Wade Hampton, 7 of a portrait of Scipio A.
