IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES JANUARY 9, 2020 Mr. UPTON (for himself and Mrs. DINGELL) submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Armed Services RESOLUTION Supporting the designation of February 1, 2020, as ‘‘Blue Star Mother’s Day’’.
