To codify a final rule of the United States Fish and Wildlife
Service relating to endangered and threatened species,
and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Threatened Species
4
Protection Improvement Act of 2020’’.

SEC. 2. CODIFICATION OF FINAL RULE.

The revisions to the Code of Federal Regulations
7
made pursuant to the final rule of the United States Fish
8
and Wildlife Service of the Department of the Interior,
