JOINT RESOLUTION
Disapproving the recommendation of the Administrator of
the Federal Aviation Administration to realign Bing-
hamton, NY (BGM) TRACON operations and Elmira,
NY (ELM) TRACON operations to Wilkes-Barre/Scran-
ton, PA (AVP) TRACON.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives
