Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Financial Watchdog

Support Act’’.

SEC. 2. ELIMINATION OF THE DOUBLE-SIDED CONFIRMA-

TION REQUIREMENT FOR SWAP DATA RE-

POSITORIES.

(a) IN GENERAL.—Section 21(c) of the Commodity

Exchange Act (7 U.S.C. 24a(c)) is amended by striking
