A BILL
To amend title 38, United States Code, to extend the author-
ity for operation of a Department of Veterans Affairs
regional office in Manila, the Republic of the Philippines,
and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Keeping Our Commit-
4
ment to Overseas Veterans Act of 2019’’.
