IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES JULY 30, 2019 Mr. ROUDA submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Oversight and Reform RESOLUTION Recognizing the 60th anniversary of the U.S. Open of Surfing.
