IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES JULY 17, 2019 Mr. MARKEY introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation A BILL To require a report on the effects of climate change on the Coast Guard, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1.
