A BILL
To amend section 502 of title 40, United States Code, to
allow State and local governments to purchase from the
Federal supply schedule, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Letting Educators Ac-
4
cess Resources Needed Act’’ or the ‘‘LEARN Act’’.
5
SEC. 2. FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE AUTHORITY FOR
6
STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS.

Subsection (c) of section 502 of title 40, United
8
States Code, is amended—
