Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives 1 of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 That the issuance of an export license with respect to the 3 following proposed exports to the United Arab Emirates 4 is prohibited: 5 (1) The transfer of the following defense arti- 6 cles, including services and technical data, described 7 in Executive Communication 1415 (EC–1415) sub- 8 mitted to Congress pursuant to section 36(c) of the 9 Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2776(c)) and 10 published in the Congressional Record on June 3, 11 2019: The proposed export of 100 M107A1 .50 cal- 12 iber semi-automatic rifles and sound suppressors to 13 the United Arab Emirates for use by the Armed 14 2 † SJ 46 ES Forces General Headquarters of the United Arab 1 Emirates. 2 Passed the Senate June 20, 2019.
