Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives 1 of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 That the issuance of an export license with respect to the 3 following proposed exports to the Kingdom of Saudi Ara- 4 bia is prohibited: 5 (1) The transfer of the following defense arti- 6 cles, including services and technical data, described 7 in Executive Communication 1416 (EC–1416) sub- 8 mitted to Congress pursuant to section 36(c) of the 9 Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2776(c)) and 10 published in the Congressional Record on June 3, 11 2019: The proposed export of 15,000 120mm 12 M933A1 mortar bombs to Saudi Arabia for end use 13 2 † SJ 45 ES by the Royal Land Forces of the Kingdom of Saudi 1 Arabia. 2 Passed the Senate June 20, 2019.
