Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives 1 of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 That the issuance of an export license with respect to the 3 following proposed exports to the Kingdom of Saudi Ara- 4 bia is prohibited: 5 (1) The transfer of the following defense arti- 6 cles, including services and technical data, described 7 in Executive Communication 1418 (EC–1418) sub- 8 mitted to Congress pursuant to section 36(c) of the 9 Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2776(c)) and 10 published in the Congressional Record on June 3, 11 2019: The proposed transfer of technical data and 12 defense services in order to provide technically quali- 13 fied personnel to advise and assist the Royal Saudi 14 2 † SJ 43 ES Air Force (RSAF) in maintenance and training for 1 the RSAF F–15 fleet of aircraft. 2 Passed the Senate June 20, 2019.
