Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives 1 of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 That the following proposed foreign military sale to the 3 United Arab Emirates is prohibited: 4 (1) The sale of the following defense articles, 5 including defense services and technical data, de- 6 scribed in Transmittal No. 17–0B, submitted to 7 Congress pursuant to section 36(b) of the Arms Ex- 8 port Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2776(b)) and published 9 in the Congressional Record on June 4, 2019: The 10 proposed sale of 28 AH–64E Remanufactured 11 Apache Attack Helicopters; 10 new AH–64E Apache 12 Attack Helicopters; 76 T700–GE–701D Engines (56 13 remanufactured, 18 new, 6 spares, 2 installed); 40 14 AN/ASQ–170 Modernized Target Acquisition and 15 Designation Sight/AN/AAR–11 Modernized Pilot 16 2 † SJ 35 ES Night Vision Sensors (28 remanufactured, 10 new, 1 2 spares); 32 remanufactured AN/APR–48B Mod- 2 ernized Radar Frequency Interferometers; 47 AAR– 3 57 Common Missile Warning Systems (31 remanu- 4 factured, 10 new, 6 spares); 150 Embedded Global 5 Positioning Systems with Inertial Navigation (60 re- 6 manufactured, 74 new, 16 spares); 45 Manned-Un- 7 manned Teaming-International (MUMTi) systems 8 (28 remanufactured, 10 new, 7 spares); and 15 new 9 MUMTi System Upper Receivers, training devices, 10 helmets, simulators, generators, transportation, 11 wheeled vehicles and organization equipment, spare 12 and repair parts, support equipment, tools and test 13 equipment, technical data and publications, per- 14 sonnel training and training equipment, United 15 States Government and contractor engineering, tech- 16 nical, and logistics support services, and other re- 17 lated elements of logistics support. 18 Passed the Senate June 20, 2019.
