Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives 1 of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 That the following proposed foreign military sale to the 3 Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is prohibited: 4 (1) The sale of the following defense articles, 5 including defense services and technical data, de- 6 scribed in Transmittal No. 18–21, submitted to Con- 7 gress pursuant to section 36(b) of the Arms Export 8 Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2776(b)) and published in 9 the Congressional Record on June 4, 2019: The pro- 10 posed sale of follow-on support and services for 11 Royal Saudi Air Force aircraft, engines, and weap- 12 ons; publications and technical documentation; sup- 13 port equipment; spare and repair parts; repair and 14 return; calibration support and test equipment; per- 15 sonnel equipment; United States Government and 16 2 † SJ 32 ES contractor technical and logistics support; and other 1 related elements of program support. 2 Passed the Senate June 20, 2019.
