To terminate the Diversity Immigrant Visa Program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Visa Lottery Repeal
4
Act’’.
5
SEC. 2. TERMINATION OF DIVERSITY IMMIGRANT VISA
6
PROGRAM.
7
(a) REPEAL.—Section 203 of the Immigration and
8
Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1153) is amended by striking
9
subsection (c).

(b) TECHNICAL AND CONFORMING AMENDMENTS.—

Title II of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C.

1151 et seq.) is amended—

(1) in section 201—

(A) in subsection (a)—

(i) in paragraph (1), by adding ‘‘and’’
6
at the end;
7
(ii) in paragraph (2), by striking ‘‘;
8
and’’ and inserting a period; and
9
(iii) by striking paragraph (3); and
10
(B) by striking subsection (e);
11
(2) in section 203—
12
(A) by striking subsection (c);
13
(B) in subsection (d), by striking ‘‘sub-
14
section (a), (b), or (c)’’ and inserting ‘‘sub-
15
section (a) or (b)’’;
16
(C) in subsection (e)—
17
(i) by striking paragraph (2); and
18
(ii) by redesignating paragraph (3) as
19
paragraph (2);
20
(D) in subsection (f), by striking ‘‘sub-
21
section (a), (b), or (c) of this section’’ and in-

serting ‘‘subsection (a) or (b)’’;

on the first day of the first fiscal year beginning on or

after the date of the enactment of this Act.
