To provide for an extension of the authority of the Secretary
of Veterans Affairs to provide for the conduct of medical
disability examinations by contract physicians.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Disabled Veterans Red

Tape Reduction Act’’.

Section 704(c) of the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003
5
(Public Law 108–183; 38 U.S.C. 5101 note) is amended
6
by striking ‘‘December 31, 2018’’ and inserting ‘‘Decem-
7
ber 31, 2020’’.
