in an annual report any substantial financial relationship with any manu-
facturer or dealer of firearms or ammunition.

A BILL
To amend the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to require
issuers to disclose in an annual report any substantial
financial relationship with any manufacturer or dealer
of firearms or ammunition.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Investor Choice
4
Against Gun Proliferation Act’’.

DEALER OF FIREARMS OR AMMUNITION.

Section 13 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934

(15 U.S.C. 78m) is amended by adding at the end the
5
following:

‘‘(s) DISCLOSURE OF SUBSTANTIAL FINANCIAL RE-
7
LATIONSHIP WITH MANUFACTURER OR DEALER OF FIRE-
8
ARMS OR AMMUNITION.—Each issuer required to file an
9
annual report under subsection (a) shall disclose in such
10
report any substantial financial relationship such issuer
11
has with any manufacturer or dealer of firearms or ammu-
12
nition.’’.
