To direct the Postmaster General to modify any hard copy change of address
form used by the United States Postal Service so that such form contains
a reminder that any individual using such form should update the individ-
ual’s voter registration as a result of any change in address.

A BILL
To direct the Postmaster General to modify any hard copy
change of address form used by the United States Postal
Service so that such form contains a reminder that any
individual using such form should update the individual’s
voter registration as a result of any change in address.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. USE OF POSTAL SERVICE HARD COPY CHANGE
3
OF ADDRESS FORM TO REMIND INDIVIDUALS
4
TO UPDATE VOTER REGISTRATION.

(a) IN GENERAL.—Not later than 1 year after the
6
date of the enactment of this Act, the Postmaster General

(b) APPLICATION.—The requirement in subsection
6
(a) shall not apply to any electronic version of a change
7
of address form used by the United States Postal Service.
