RES. 163 Commending and congratulating the Lady Bears of Baylor University on winning the 2019 National Collegiate Athletic Association Division I women’s basketball championship. IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES APRIL 11, 2019 Mr. CORNYN (for himself and Mr. CRUZ) submitted the following resolution; which was considered and agreed to RESOLUTION Commending and congratulating the Lady Bears of Baylor University on winning the 2019 National Collegiate Ath- letic Association Division I women’s basketball champion- ship.
