IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES MARCH 14, 2019 Mr. ESPAILLAT submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Education and Labor RESOLUTION Recognizing Women’s History Month and the historic contributions of women to the American labor movement.
