IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES FEBRUARY 28, 2019 Ms. COLLINS (for herself, Mr. REED, Mr. BRAUN, Mr. BLUMENTHAL, Mrs. CAPITO, Mr. WHITEHOUSE, Mr. DURBIN, Mr. CARPER, Ms. KLOBUCHAR, Ms. HASSAN, and Mr. WICKER) submitted the following resolution; which was considered and agreed to RESOLUTION Designating March 1, 2019, as ‘‘Read Across America Day’’.
