SHORT TITLE. 1 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Restrictions Against 2 Illegitimate Declarations for Emergency Re-appropria- 3 tions Act of 2019’’ or the ‘‘RAIDER Act of 2019’’. 4 SEC. 2.
