To repeal the Environmental Protection Agency’s most recent
rule for new residential wood heaters.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Stop EPA Overregula-
4
tion of Rural Americans Act’’.

SEC. 2. REPEAL OF RULE FOR NEW RESIDENTIAL WOOD
6
HEATERS.

The final rule entitled ‘‘Standards of Performance for
8
New Residential Wood Heaters, New Residential Hydronic
9
Heaters and Forced-Air Furnaces’’ published at 80 Fed.
