To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to include

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘U.S. Nationals Em-
4
ployment Act of 2019’’.

GIBLE EMPLOYEES.

Section 203(b)(5)(A)(ii) of the Immigration and Na-
3
tionality Act (8 U.S.C. 1153(b)(5)(A)(ii)) is amended by
4
inserting after ‘‘not fewer than 10 United States citizens’’
5
the following: ‘‘, United States nationals,’’.
