To amend title 28, United States Code, to prohibit the exclu-
sion of individuals from service on a Federal jury on
account of sexual orientation or gender identity.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Juror Non-Discrimina-
4
tion Act of 2019’’.

Section 1862 of title 28, United States Code, is

amended by inserting ‘‘(including sexual orientation and

gender identity)’’ after ‘‘sex’’.
