INCLUSION OF STATE OF FLORIDA IN GULF OF 1 MEXICO OUTER CONTINENTAL SHELF REV- 2 ENUE SHARING PROGRAM. 3 Section 102 of the Gulf of Mexico Energy Security 4 Act of 2006 (43 U.S.C. 1331 note; Public Law 109–432) 5 is amended by striking paragraph (7) and inserting the 6 following: 7 ‘‘(7) GULF PRODUCING STATE.—The term ‘Gulf 8 producing State’ means each of the States of Ala- 9 bama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas.’’. 10 SEC. 3.
