To repeal the provisions of the Protection of Lawful Com-
merce in Arms Act prohibiting the bringing of qualified
civil liability actions in Federal or State court.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Gun Manufacturers
4
Accountability Act’’.

Sections 2 through 4 of the Protection of Lawful
