Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Cape Cod National

Seashore Advisory Commission Reauthorization Act’’.

Effective September 26, 2018, section 8(a) of Public

Law 87–126 (16 U.S.C. 459b–7(a)) is amended in the sec-
4
ond sentence by striking ‘‘2018’’ and inserting ‘‘2029’’.

SEC. 2. CAPE COD NATIONAL SEASHORE ADVISORY COM-
6
MISSION.

Effective September 26, 2018, section 8 of Public Law
8
87–126 (16 U.S.C. 459b–7) is amended—
9
(1) in subsection (a), in the second sentence, by
10
striking ‘‘2018’’ and inserting ‘‘2029’’;
11
(2) by striking subsection (g); and
12
(3) by redesignating subsection (h) as subsection
13
(g).
