REPORT BY THE SECRETARY OF LABOR ON JOB 1 LOSS DUE TO THE REVOCATION OF THE PER- 2 MIT FOR THE KEYSTONE XL PIPELINE. 3 The Secretary of Labor shall— 4 (1) conduct a study to estimate the total num- 5 ber of jobs projected to be lost as a direct or indirect 6 result of section 6 of Executive Order 13990 (86 7 Fed.
