TON) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee

A BILL
To amend the Runaway and Homeless Youth Act to permit
services provided by grant recipients to include provision
of sanitary napkins and tampons.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Homeless Youth Men-
4
strual Product Access Act of 2021’’.
5
SEC. 2. AMENDMENT.
6
Section 311(a)(2)(C) of the Runaway and Homeless
7
Youth Act (42 U.S.C. 11211(a)(2)(C)) is amended—
8
(1) in clause (iii) by striking ‘‘and’’ at the end;
