IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES APRIL 15, 2021 Mr. CORNYN (for himself, Mr. CRUZ, and Mr. PAUL) submitted the following resolution; which was considered and agreed to RESOLUTION Commending and congratulating the Baylor University Men’s Basketball Team on winning the 2021 National Colle- giate Athletic Association Division I men’s basketball championship.
