Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. NONIMMIGRANT TRADERS AND INVESTORS. 1 For purposes of clauses (i) and (ii) of section 2 101(a)(15)(E) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 3 U.S.C. 1101(a)(15)(E)), Portugal shall be considered to 4 be a foreign state described in such section if the Govern- 5 ment of Portugal provides similar nonimmigrant status to 6 nationals of the United States. 7 SEC. 3.
