A BILL
To amend the Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act
and the Dingell-Johnson Sport Fish Restoration Act to
treat the District of Columbia the same as a State for
purposes of such Acts, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Pittman-Robertson
4
Wildlife Restoration Act and Dingell-Johnson Sport Fish
5
Restoration Act District of Columbia Equality Act of
6
2021’’.

TION ACT AND DINGELL-JOHNSON SPORT

FISH RESTORATION ACT.

(a) PITTMAN-ROBERTSON WILDLIFE RESTORATION
5
ACT.—The Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act
6
(16 U.S.C. 669 et seq.) is amended—
7
(1) in section 2, by redesignating paragraphs
8
(6) through (11) as paragraphs (7) through (12),
9
and by inserting after paragraph (5) the following:
10
‘‘(6) the term ‘State’ includes the District of
11
Columbia;’’; and
12
(2) in section 4—
13
(A) by amending paragraph (1) of sub-
14
section (d) to read as follows:
15
‘‘(1) The Secretary of the Interior shall appor-
16
tion from the Wildlife Conservation and Restoration
17
Account a sum equal to not more than one-fourth of
18
1 percent thereof to each of Guam, American
19
Samoa, the Virgin Islands, and the Commonwealth
20
of the Northern Mariana Islands.’’; and
21
(B) in subsection (e)(5), by striking ‘‘the
22
District of Columbia,’’.

(b) DINGELL-JOHNSON SPORT FISH RESTORATION

ACT.—The Dingell-Johnson Sport Fish Restoration Act

(16 U.S.C. 777 et seq.) is amended—
