A BILL
To prohibit assistance to the West Bank and Gaza that
directly benefits the Palestinian Authority, and for other
purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘No Funding for Ter-
4
rorists Act’’.

SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON ASSISTANCE TO THE WEST BANK

AND GAZA THAT DIRECTLY BENEFITS THE

PALESTINIAN AUTHORITY.

(a) IN GENERAL.—None of the funds authorized to
4
be appropriated or otherwise made available for fiscal year
5
2021 and available for obligation as of the date of the
6
enactment of this Act, or authorized to be appropriated
7
or otherwise made available for 2022 or any fiscal year
8
thereafter, for assistance under chapter 4 of part II of
9
the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2346 et
10
seq.; relating to Economic Support Fund) may be obli-
11
gated or expended for assistance for the West Bank and
12
Gaza that directly benefits the Palestinian Authority.
13
(b) REPEAL.—Section 1004 of the Taylor Force Act
14
(22 U.S.C. 2378c–1; Public Law 115–141) is repealed.
