PROHIBITION OF THE USE OF FUNDS TO OFFSET 1 PAYMENTS TO ILLEGAL ALIENS. 2 (a) IN GENERAL.—Title IX of the American Rescue 3 Plan Act of 2021 (Public Law 117–2) is amended by add- 4 ing at the end the following: 5 ‘‘SEC. 9913.
