PLACEMENT OF STATUE OF SHIRLEY CHIS- 1 HOLM IN UNITED STATES CAPITOL. 2 (a) OBTAINING STATUE.—Not later than 2 years 3 after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Joint Com- 4 mittee of Congress on the Library shall enter into an 5 agreement to obtain a statue of Shirley Chisholm, under 6 such terms and conditions as the Joint Committee con- 7 siders appropriate consistent with applicable law.
