SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Continuity for Opera- 4 tors with Necessary Training Required for ATC Contract 5 Towers Act of 2021’’ or the ‘‘CONTRACT Act of 2021’’. 6 SEC. 2.
