SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘District of Columbia 4 Chief Financial Officer Salary Home Rule Act’’. 5 SEC. 2. PERMITTING DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA TO ESTAB- 6 LISH RATE OF PAY OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OF- 7 FICER OF DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. 8 Section 424(b)(2)(E) of the District of Columbia Home 9 Rule Act (sec. 1–204.24b(b)(5), D.C.
