To prohibit the Secretary of Homeland Security from re-
scinding, revising, or suspending the final rule, entitled
‘‘Inadmissibility on Public Charge Grounds’’, and for
other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Preserving Safety Net
4
Integrity Act of 2021’’.

SEC. 2. REQUIRING IMPLEMENTATION OF FINAL RULE.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Sec-

retary of Homeland Security may not take any action to
3
rescind, revise, or suspend the final rule, entitled ‘‘Inad-
4
missibility on Public Charge Grounds’’ (85 Fed. Reg.
5
41292, August 14, 2019).
