COMPTROLLER GENERAL REVIEW OF DEPARTMENT 1 OF VETERANS AFFAIRS MEDICAL CARE 2 BUDGET SUBMISSIONS. 3 Section 4 of the Veterans Health Care Budget Re- 4 form and Transparency Act of 2009 (Public Law 111– 5 81; 38 U.S.C. 117 note) is amended to read as follows: 6 ‘‘SEC. 4.
