A BILL
To exempt the State of New Mexico from certain provisions
of certain orders related to oil and gas drilling.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Protecting New Mexi-
4
co’s Jobs and Public Education System Act’’.
5
SEC. 2. EXEMPTION OF NEW MEXICO FROM CERTAIN PRO-
6
VISIONS OF CERTAIN ORDERS RELATED TO
7
OIL AND GAS DRILLING.
8
The following provisions shall not apply to the State
9
of New Mexico:
