SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Desert Sage Youth 4 Wellness Center Access Improvement Act’’. 5 SEC. 2. ACCESS ROAD FOR DESERT SAGE YOUTH 6 WELLNESS CENTER. 7 (a) ACQUISITION OF LAND.— 8 (1) AUTHORIZATION.—The Secretary of Health 9 and Human Services, acting through the Director of 10 the Indian Health Service, is authorized to acquire, 11 from willing sellers, the land in Hemet, California, 12 upon which is located a dirt road known as ‘‘Best 13 Road’’, beginning at the driveway of the Desert Sage 14 Youth Wellness Center at Faure Road and extending 15 to the junction of Best Road and Sage Road. 16 (2) COMPENSATION.—The Secretary shall pay 17 fair market value for the land authorized to be ac- 18 quired under paragraph (1).
