Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. REPORTS AND BRIEFINGS RELATING TO
3
NORTH KOREA.

(a) ANNUAL REPORT.—The President shall submit
5
to Congress on annual basis a report on the matters de-
6
scribed in each of following:
7
(1) Section 203(e) of the North Korea Sanc-
8
tions and Policy Enhancement Act of 2016 (22
9
U.S.C. 9223(e); relating to arms trafficking involv-
10
ing North Korea).

(b) SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT.—The President shall
10
submit to Congress on a semi-annual basis a report on
11
the matters described in section 209(a) of the North
12
Korea Sanctions and Policy Enhancement Act of 2016 (22
13
U.S.C. 9229(a); relating to persons responsible for know-
14
ingly engaging in significant activities undermining cyber-
15
security).

(c) BRIEFING.—

(1) IN GENERAL.—The President shall provide
18
to Congress on a semi-annual basis a briefing on the
19
matters described in paragraphs (1) and (2) of sec-
20
tion 318(a) of the Korean Interdiction and Mod-
21
ernization of Sanctions Act (Public Law 115–44; re-
22
lating to briefing on measures to deny specialized fi-
23
nancial messaging services to designated North Ko-
24
rean financial institutions).
