Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Down East Remem-

brance Act’’.

SEC. 2. DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN CREEKS, NORTH CARO-
